In Philadelphia, less than 50 feet away from the liberty bell this video was shot of a huge marijuana session. Don't get me wrong. I'm not hating on it. I just find it rather curious that this peaceful presentation was allowed in the busiest part of the city, but in the Philly neighborhoods the police don't just sit around. I mean, really dude, they should have gatherings like this more often.
