School Segregation

A teacher in St. Paul, Minnesota is being accused of discrimination. Apparently, disabled and african-american children should be separated from the white students in class. What's worse is, the teacher was put on leave and then resigned, but is still collecting a paycheck. I mean, really dude, how is this guy still being paid with a massive lawsuit against him?
