ITN reports that in Daveyton, Johannesburg in South Africa a 27-year-old cab driver was stopped by police for stopping on the wrong side of the street. Once the police tried to arrest the man a struggled ensued which ended with the man being tied to a police van.
It didn't end there either. Not only was the man tied up in front of a crowd of people, but he was also dragged behind the van. The report says that the man later died in police custody. I mean, really dude, what crime do you have to commit to be tied to and dragged by a police van?
