Only in Philadelphia can there be a shootout and no one seems to really care. The sale of a dirt bike went south and resulted in gun fire right on Spring Garden, a street which is populated by homes, businesses, school district headquarters and community college, to name a few. I mean, really dude, is everyone really this nonchalant about a shooting.
