10-Year Old Arrested in Violent Home Invasion

This morning I came across a story about a 10 year old boy being arrested after he was part of a violent home invasion. He and two other young boys, who are being sought, broke into a home and beat the owner brutally. I mean, really dude, this is not the type of crime you expect or want kids a part of. Where are the parents?
